    • Prepares general correspondence (permissive orders, memos, etc.)

    • Manages and reconciles command's funding accounts
    • Responsible for all purchases and maintaining supplies

    • Issues all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including PFDs and Mustang anti-exposure suits
    • Issues Personal Locator Beacons to all boat crew personnel and registers PLBs with NOAA
    • Processes all facility paperwork

    Tuesday 0900 to 1300

    • Processes new member applications
    • Makes ID cards
    • Prepares new member welcome letter and packet, sets up new member personnel records
    • Prepares many of the certificates issued by this office

    Monday-Wednesday 0730 to 1400

    • Manages paper exams (mailing to Proctors, grading and notifying members of results)
    • Enters qualifications into AuxData along with FEMA information
    • Generates certificates for AuxOp, VE, IT and PV members
    • Manages the TCT program. Coordinate scheduling of sessions and facilitators.  Keeps logs on TCT and exam information.

    Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 0800 to 1300

  • Spot artwork AUX Richard Reinhardt
    • Assists DSO-IS with data entry of District level missions, qualifications and investigations
    • Downloads District Member database for review and correction of improper entries
    • Updates and uploads PE Class Schedule to website.
    • Prepares District Membership Roster, annual District Directory and special reports as requested for office staff and AuxBridge
    • Prepares listings of TCT Workshop History for scheduling workshops
    • Prepares lists of ICS completions for certification
    • Teaches and certifies members in Navigation Systems and makes appropriate data entries.
