The 2010 District Conference is now over. Registration for this event was unprecedented at 682 members and guests. The Conference Committee is to be thanked and commended for their tireless efforts at making this event such a success, and the members are to be commended for their enthusiasm, participation, and support.

New instructions for ID Photos and a Checklist to be used by PSI Screeners to accompany New Member Applications have been posted. These are now available
from the DIRAUX Staff page. It is imperative that all Screeners and Flotilla Commanders are aware of the requirement
for the new checklist to be used with New Member Applications submitted after 1 Nov 2009.

The 2009 form for Flotilla Commanders to notify District of the person to receive the FC Award is now available
here. The instructions for use of this form are on the form.

A new form has been posted on the District Forms page to request and receive approval from the District Coordinator for Honor Guard

A new AUXNET Application Form is now available on the Communications page. This form is in Adobe format, is fillable on your computer, then must be printed, signed by the member and their Flotilla Commander, and forwarded to DIRAUX for assignment of AUXNET Call sign. Two new forms have been posted on the District Forms Page. Instructor Qualification Record and Record of Qualification for Vessel Examiners and Program Visitors are available in Adobe .pdf format. To download and save, right click on link then select "Save Target As" to a location on your computer. These forms are to be used to report completion of all requirements for Instructors, Vessel Examiners or Program Visitors to the DIRAUX office so that those competencies may be completed and entered into AUXDATA for the member.
