1. All Auxiliarists working in any reportable "M" category on the ANSC 7030 form need to turn in their hours to their FSO-IS monthly;
2. All Auxiliarists working with/for the Active Duty side in any reportable "M" function on the ANSC 7030 form need to turn in their hours not only to their Gold side supervisor, but also to their FSO-IS monthly and
3. Any hours received later than 90 days from the duty date WILL NOT BE ENTERED INTO AUXDATA per the District rule - they will be simply LOST hours for any purpose.

Auxiliary PQS Letters of Designation and Authority

Marine Safety Environmental Protection PQS LOD Procedures
The MSAM PQS is an exception per the ALCOAST issued by ADM Pluta, the task sign-offs must be done by an Auxiliary mentor who currently holds the MSAM PQS. There is currently no online exam; when all activities have been completed, contact the DSO-MS for an oral board. Once the oral board is completed, the entire MSAM PQS packet, including copies of the required certificates of completion, is submitted to the DSO-MS, who is the sole signing authority, for review and signature. The DSO-MS will request an LOD from either the DC-M or the DC-Md. Once the LOD is received by the member, the member is responsible for submitting a copy to DIRAUX with a note requesting that it be entered into AUXDATA. NO PQS HAS BEEN EARNED UNTIL IT IS RECORDED IN AUXDATA.

ICS 210 for Trident Program

ICS 210 is REQUIRED by 31 March 2009 for all Trident Program members: those in training or those who have earned/completed any part of the Trident requirements, those who hold the conditional or permanent Trident Insignia and those who hold the M-Pro Pin. There will be 4 classes offered at the District Conferenc: Friday AM & PM, Saturday PM and Sunday AM. Sign up by submitting your name and first and second time choice to your FC, who will forward the information up the chain to the DSO-MT. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS!
